Packing List & First Day Schedule

On the morning of Monday, February 17th, 2025, arrive at HUB Mall Parking (Lot N), Edmonton, AB T6G 2C5, based on your assigned bus that was sent to your email:

Bus 1 departs at 9:00 AM SHARP: Arrive by 8:15 AM, no later than 8:30 AM

Bus 2 departs at 10:00 AM SHARP: Arrive by 9:15 AM, no later than 9:30 AM

Please arrive on time, as the buses are on a strict schedule and will NOT wait for those who are late.

Upon arrival, check in with an executive team member to get your luggage tag and be sure you witness it being loaded onto the bus.

Grab a bite at one of the many Jasper restaurants. We strongly encourage you to dine locally to support the community affected by the recent wildfires. Perhaps Jasper Pizza Place, Jasper Brewing Company, or the famous Bear’s Paw Bakery! 

As a reminder, please be sure to return to your respective bus on time, they are scheduled to depart promptly and will NOT wait for anyone who is late.
