Delegate Manual

On Monday, February 19th, please arrive at Lot N, Edmonton, AB T6G 2C5 at 8:15 AM. Please arrive no later than 8:30 AM. When you arrive, meet with someone from our exec team to get your luggage tag and make sure you see it get onto the bus. For a reminder of what you will need to pack, please see the packing list to the right.

Grab a QUICK bite to eat at one of the many Jasper restaurants. Perhaps Earls, Jasper Pizza Place, Jasper Brewing Company, or the famous Bear’s Paw Bakery! 

Bus 1 - Town of Jasper

1:00PM-2:45PM | Free time in Town of Jasper

3:00PM | Depart to JPL (be back on the bus by 2:45)

3:30PM | Check into JPL

Bus 2 - Hike in Athabasca Falls

1:45PM | Meet at bus

2:00PM | Depart to Athabasca Falls (be back on the bus by 1:45)

4:00PM | Depart to JPL

4:30PM | Check into JPL
