Co-Chairs

We are pleased to introduce to you the Co-Chairs for the 2025 Rocky Mountain Business Seminar.

This pair of quintessential leaders are sure to guide the ship in the right direction, and ensure that RMBS 2025 will be the best one yet!

Meet Elena & Abtin!

Elena Schneider

Hello everyone! My name is Elena Schneider, and I am a SEM major in my 4th year. I am truly looking forward to RMBS 2025! As Co-Chair this year, I have had the privilege of working alongside everyone else on the executive team, and we are excited to host an amazing conference. We look forward to seeing you all in Jasper for our 60th anniversary of RMBS!

What is your favourite aspect of RMBS?

The community that is built around common interests and goals! It is inspirational to spend a week in the mountains with like minded individuals from across Canada who also value innovation, leadership, growth, and so much more. There are countless opportunities to build new connections with not only the delegates, but also the corporates, faculty, and cultivators in attendance.

If you could learn one new skill, what would it be?

I love culture and travelling, so learning an additional language is something that has always interested me! I currently speak English, Croatian and Spanish, but see great value in at least understanding another.

Abtin Manousi

Hi there! My name is Abtin Manousi and I am in my 5th and final year of BTM. This year, I’m super excited to be one of the Co-Chairs alongside Elena for the 60th anniversary of RMBS! I look forward to working alongside our small family and making a great conference for all our delegates. I can’t wait to see you all very soon in Jasper!

What is your favourite aspect of RMBS?

The people are, without a doubt, one of my favourite aspects of RMBS! Over my three years with the club, I’ve formed friendships that have not only enriched my life but have grown into some of my closest relationships. RMBS fosters the perfect environment to build lasting friendships and meaningful connections, and this is something I deeply cherish about being part of the club.

If you could learn one new skill, what would it be?

If I could learn one new skill, it would be the ability to fluently communicate in every language! This skill would allow me to connect with people from all over the world, bridge cultural gaps, and assist with diverse needs in their native tongues.
