Jérémy joined the L’Oréal family as a talent acquisition intern after graduating with a major in marketing from HEC in 2020. Currently, working as a talent acquisition business partner his day to day includes attracting and acquiring key talent, managing the internship program, the new grad program and campus events. He is also a major contributor to international and internal projects focused on brand development and employer branding for L’Oréal. Although Jérémy specialized in marketing his love for meeting people and creating connections enabled him to shift his career towards the HR field.


KRISTIAN CERANTOLA

Kristian is a recent addition to the L’Oréal family choosing to join the talent acquisition team in 2021. He brings with him 5 years of HR experience with roles varying form talent acquisition to HR department management in industries varying from Logistics to security technologies and beauty. In his role he is responsible for creating strategic talent pipelines to meet organizational initiatives, attracting high potential contributors and leading the Canadian national channel of the global Brandstorm case competition. His educational background in the social sciences and business sparked his interest in the HR field and the strategic function the department and people play in achieving organizational goals.
