Growing up playing soccer has shaped my resilience. I've learned that even after tough losses, costly mistakes, or missed opportunities, the key is to keep pushing forward and not get discouraged. Intense practices have built a mental toughness in me that goes beyond the field, helping me tackle life's challenges with a determined and positive mindset.

Hi! My name is Alina Leskiw, and I'm a fourth-year Accounting student at the U of A. I’m so excited to be part of the RMBS Executive Team for another great year as VP External! I’m really looking forward to heading out to Lake Louise, connecting with all of you, and making some incredible memories at this year’s conference.

What is your favourite aspect of RMBS?

What I love most about RMBS is the amazing people I get to meet! Spending a whole week in the mountains, completely immersed with the same group, creates such a strong bond. It's not just about the conference; it's about the friendships and connections that make the experience truly unforgettable.
